Do you Travel?
Yes, we’re based in Long Bay and love capturing sessions in our beautiful local areas like Long Bay Regional Park and Waiake Beach. If you’d like to have your session at a different location, we’re happy to travel with an additional travel fee. Feel free to get in touch to discuss your desired location!
How long have you been doing this?
We launched HomeSesh Photography in March 2024, bringing together our passion for capturing family, maternity, and newborn moments. While Hans has been involved in photography since 2007 and studied at George Brown College in Toronto, we’re excited to share our combined expertise with you.
How many photos do we get?
Our standard package includes a 30-minute session for $200, which includes 15 beautifully captured photos. If you’d like more images, additional photos are available for just $10 each.
How do we get our photos?
After your session, your photos will be available in a secure, online private gallery. You will receive a unique link and a password to access your gallery, ensuring that your images remain private and protected.
Do you retouch photos?
Yes, we provide basic photo enhancements to ensure your images look their best. While we don’t offer extensive photo manipulation, such as adding items, we can remove people from the background if possible, to keep your photos clean and focused on your family.
Whats your turn around time?
We aim to deliver your final photos within two weeks after you’ve selected your final images. This allows us to carefully process and enhance each photo to meet our quality standards.
How do we book you?
Booking is easy! You can schedule your session through our booking system. Just visit our website, choose your preferred date and time, and follow the prompts to secure your spot.
Can you help us with planning?
Absolutely! We’re here to help make your photoshoot as smooth and enjoyable as possible. From choosing the perfect location to coordinating outfits, feel free to reach out with any questions or for assistance in planning your session.
How far out do you book?
We typically book sessions up to three months in advance, but availability can vary. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time. If you have a specific date in mind, please contact us as soon as possible!
What should we wear?
We suggest coordinating your outfits in complementary colours and styles to create a cohesive look. Avoid busy patterns and opt for timeless pieces that reflect your family’s personality. We’re happy to offer more specific advice based on your chosen location and the vibe you’re going for!
